Dark chocolate contains : Cocoa solids 56% minimum. Milk chocolate contains : Cocoa solids 37% minimum - Milk solids : 26% minimum

Keep in a dry and cool place (18°C / 64°F)

Tasting

This praline, slightly sweet and cooked to a turn, is left to cool on marble, recovered with a fine layer of chocolate before being delicately rolled by hand in slivers of roasted almonds. This final attention to detail gives the rocher its enticing round shape.
