For Valentine's Day 2020, Nicolas Cloiseau takes us on the Parisian terraces and offers us 4 new chocolate recipes:

- Opéra Chic : a pure Venezuela ganache 75% with a lively and acidulous chocolate and intense lengthy notes of chocolate.

- Pétillant Montmartre: dark chocolate ganache with a grand sparkling white without alcohol and a purée of vineyard peach.

- Luxembourg Exquis : dark chocolate ganache with an infusion of dried elderberry flowers and tea with bergamot, fresh lime and pink grapefruit

- Désinvolte Saint-Germain : traditional milk chocolate almond-hazelnut praliné, vanilla from Madagascar, ground Kona coffee from Hawaïi.

Tasting
Our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature. We advise that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties: first those with fruits, then spices, then alcohol.
