Friday 24th of March, exceptional event with Nicolas Cloiseau,
La Maison du Chocolat Chef, France Best Chocolate Makers
 
On the eve of Esater, it is in the greatest kitchens of the famous Hotel de la Place Vendôme that Nicolas Cloiseau will host a unique and exclusive moment to 10 passionate people.
They will touch the art and how to make chocolare in all its forms.
They will discover the rare expertise, style and signature of France Best Chocolate Makers who will give the joy and "haute couture" delights of Easter.
 
On the program: tasting and palate sensitization of the participants to the aromatic typicities of the cocoa; making Mademoiselle Plume, the star of the 2017's collection of La Maison du Chocolat; realization of a gourmand egg garnished with praline and lined with chocolate.
Open to all, this workshop will give the opportunity to everyone to shine with his family.
 
The great course of Easter Chocolate by Nicolas Cloiseau and the Ritz Escoffier School Paris.
