Easter Collection

Easter has arrived. A lovely aroma of chocolate pervades the flower-filled meadows. Gourmandise is once again in the air. With the focus of a child at play, Nicolas Cloiseau, Master Chef of La Maison du Chocolat, captures everything that frolics, hops, and loves chocolate. With their expressive eyes fixed in chocolate, this unlikely procession is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. 

Crackling, crispy, crunchy… The unique texture of the light and airy pralinés of Nicolas Cloiseau reveals the gourmand appeal of each character. Monsieur Bunny hops all dressed up in an almond praliné with caramelized coconut. Mademoiselle Feather plays a girl in the air with an almond/hazelnut praliné with slivers of caramelized biscuits. Mister Lamb is puffed up with slivers of crispy crêpe while Miss Cow wraps herself in a veil of praliné moussé with almonds. The crispiness, lightness, and finesse all enrich this dream of spring.
